One of Westpacโ€™s FY23 goal was to increase Term Deposit growth. This project sought to revamp the entire online Term Deposit experience, aiming to encourage visitors to open accounts online by providing them with essential information to make confident decisions.

Based on our user testing findings, we redesigned the online Term Deposit experience to be more focused, clear, and user-friendly. We improved the navigation, highlighted current rates, improved visibility and understanding to the CTAโ€™s, and made the information more digestible.
